Forever Young!

Ciao tutti! Buona Pasqua e Buona Desta dei Lavoratori!

I hope you all had a great long weekend spent with family, laughing and healthy eating of a clean panino!

Considering we've all been working for 4-days a week for the last 3 weeks who in God's name wants to go back to the 5 day work week?

Not me, so I still tried to fill my tummy with some wholesome food that made me feel like I was still cooking like it was Easter Saturday!

So where did I go? I went to the o'l local store down on Young Street known as 20 Young Street.

These guys are so wholesome and homely they'll make you feel like you've known them for years on end, I forgot to mention their my local hang out spot on my 1 hour break ;).

So what did I get to feel like I was still on a long weekend?

Contempo Panino:

- House made focaccia bread

- Cotolette (Schnitzel)

- Spinach

- Mushroom

- Sundired tomato

- Grilled Eggplant

- Cheese

Guys, if you want a panino fresh to order they're your best bet, not only do they do it with a smile on their face but they do it with love!

The bread was still hot as they served it to me, with the crispy cotolette nestled between the sautéed mushrooms, grilled eggplant and oily sundered tomatoes. The spinach and melting cheese soaked it all up to give you that crunchy but zesty taste of grilled vegetables and crumbly schnitzel.

These guys not only specialise in a great hand made roll, with their welcoming attitude, catering service and basically kitchen made food from freshly made roast chicken to porchetta. They specialise in making your work day a whole-lot better!

This is your one-stop-break spot!

These guys are located on 20 Young Street, Moonee Ponds or check them out on their instagram at @20youngstreet.
